TranslateAnyPro Beta Testing Agreement
Please read and sign below before taking part in the closed beta.
1. What Beta Testing Means
AnyPro is currently in closed beta. You've been invited as a trusted early tester. Some features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice. By continuing, you accept that things may occasionally break.
2. Bug Reporting Consent
By using the beta, you agree that we may collect crash logs, error reports, and usage diagnostics to help us fix issues. Please report anything unusual using the feedback button in the app, or email support@anypro.uk.
3. Data Handling & GDPR
We process your personal data (name, email, phone, location, job and payment details) under UK GDPR to run the beta. During beta, payments may run in sandbox/test mode — no real charges are made unless you're told otherwise. Your data is handled per our full Privacy Policy, and you can request access, correction, or deletion at any time.
4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality (NDA)
Confidential Information. As a beta tester you will have access to information that is not yet public, including (without limitation): unreleased features and functionality, screenshots and recordings of the app, pricing and subscription tiers, business models and strategy, the identities of other beta testers, professional and customer data, algorithms, vetting processes, and any other non-public information relating to AnyPro or Any Pro Global Ltd ("Confidential Information").
Your obligations. In exchange for being invited to the closed beta, you agree that you will:
- Keep all Confidential Information strictly private and confidential
- Not share, post, publish, tweet, blog, screenshot, record, or otherwise disclose any Confidential Information to any third party — including on social media, forums, review sites, or in private messages — without our prior written consent
- Not use any Confidential Information for your own commercial benefit or to develop, market, or support any competing product or service
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the platform
- Take reasonable steps to protect Confidential Information (e.g. not leaving your account logged in on shared devices)
Permitted disclosure. You may discuss Confidential Information only with members of your own household or your own business who are also bound by an obligation of confidentiality, and only to the extent necessary for your beta testing. If required to disclose by law or court order, you must notify us first where legally permitted.
Duration. This obligation of confidentiality applies from the moment you access the beta and continues for five (5) years after the beta ends, regardless of whether your participation is terminated.
Ownership. All Confidential Information remains the sole property of Any Pro Global Ltd. You receive no rights to it other than the limited right to use it for beta testing. On request, or when the beta ends, you must delete or return any Confidential Information in your possession.
Consequences of breach. Unauthorised disclosure may cause serious and irreparable harm to Any Pro Global Ltd. If you breach this section we may immediately terminate your beta access, and you may be liable for damages and subject to legal action.
Feedback. Any feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us during the beta are owned by Any Pro Global Ltd and may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
5. No Warranty
The beta is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime or accuracy. Any Pro Global Ltd is not liable for losses arising from beta bugs, downtime, or data issues during the testing period.
